| The rail load-out station at a manganese mine in the Northern Cape was inspected by ASM. Following the inspection, ASM provided engineering support for various structural repairs and design improvements. An investigation was also performed to assess the structural integrity of the load-out station chute. The investigation involved analyses using LS-DYNA as well as stain gauge measurements to characterise operational loads. |  |
